Report 1 Activity has been underway for this project since the start of the fiscal year (July 1, 2018). During the first half of the fiscal year, we provided 145 counseling sessions to 144 unduplicated client households. Report 1 ECHO continues to provide services to the Spanish-speaking community. A bilingual staff person is available 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
