7/23/2019 <br />Tri -Valley Rapid Re -Housing Program <br />PROJECT/ PROGRAM STATUS <br />5. Describe the current status of your project or program (e.g., planning, pre -development, activity underway, service marketing, etc.) <br />and the current focus of any activity. <br />Report 1 <br />The Pleasanton TriValley Rapid Rehousing Program currently has 7 active participants at the end of this reporting period. 4 of those are housed <br />and 3 are currently in housing search. We had a total of 11 program participants enrolled in the program this reporting period. 4 have exited (2 <br />of them exited housed, 2 of them exited due to lost contact) <br />We have been in housing search and engaging Landlords and properties daily. We have made some inroads with property owners and have a <br />regular presence in the TriValley community. <br />Report 2 <br />The Pleasanton TriValley Rapid Rehousing Program currently had seven active participants at the end of this reporting period. Two of those are <br />housed and one is currently in housing search. We had a total of four program participants enrolled in the program this reporting period. Two <br />have exited ( one of them exited housed, one of them exited due to moving out of state) <br />We continue to search for housing and engage with Landlords and properties daily. We also have made a regular presence in the TriValley <br />community. <br />6.
