A map is <br />attached for reference (city-wide projects are not shown). These projects are also shown on an <br />interactive map located on the Community Development Department website: <br />DOWNTOWN <br />1. 273 Spring St.I Mixed -Use Development <br />PUD -109 <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to rezone site, demolish an existing <br />910 -square -foot single -story commercial building on the site and construct an <br />approximately 1,822 -square -foot commercial building with two attached, three-story <br />multi -family residential units; and three, three story multi -family residential units in a <br />separate building at the rear of the site.
