The region's collaborative <br />culture is proving to be a major asset for startups and later stage companies alike. <br />TRIVALLEYCONNECT.ORG also features a new job board in order to showcase the <br />abundance of technology and innovation career opportunities currently available in the <br />region. With so much of the Tri -Valley's workforce employed in innovation and <br />technology -driven industries, and worker productivity among the highest in the nation, <br />the region has become a hub for job growth and innovation. <br />Innovation Tri -Valley Leadership Group member Les Schmidt, of BRIIA, the Tri -Valley's <br />Al focused accelerator, suggested ITV activate an automated job board to connect <br />talent with local employment opportunities.
