CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE N0. 614 ZONING UNIT NO. 106, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WITH RESPECT TO REZONING FROM C-F(COMMERCIAL FREEWAY) DISTRICT TO C-S (COM- MERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT THAT PROPERTY CONSISTING OF .92 ACRES LOCATED WEST OF SANTA RITA ROAD BETWEEN THE ARROYO DEL VALLE AND THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD ~The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: I. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18,1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi- ~nance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the !~City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as !follows: Zoning Unit No. 106, as shown on the map dated October 5, 1970 on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further [idescribed as follows: Real property of Raymond D. Young, being approximately .52 acres located westerly of Santa Rita Road between the Arroyo Del Valle and the Western Pacific Railroad and adjacent on the southeasterly side to property of Larsen-Gerton Realty zoned C-S (Commercial Service) District and property of Standard 0il Company zoned C-F (Commercial Freeway) District is hereby classified as follows: C-S (Commercial Service) District III. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days .iafter its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- ition, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on i~the thirty-first day after adoption.
