CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 612 ZONING UNIT NO. 104, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO APPLY 0(0FFICE) DISTRICT, P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT AND I-P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT ZONING TO APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960 ~referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi- !inance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as fol- !ilows: Zoning Unit No. 104, as shown on the map dated October 2, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached h to as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classifications, as amended, are ~=further described as follows: Real property of the City and County of San Francisco, being approximately 3.5 acres located southerly of Bernal Avenue and adjacent the easterly edge of the Western Pacific Railroad track, is hereby classified as follows: 0 (Office) District Real property of the City and County of San Francisco, being approximately 1.3 acres and lying southerly of Bernal Avenue adjacent the extension of the intersection thereof with Augustine Street, is hereby classified as follows: P (Public and Institutional) District Real property of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland, being approximately 6.5 acres in size and lying southerly of Bernal Avenue and immediately easterly of the above referred to San Francisco parcel zoned P (Public and Institutional) District, is hereby classified as follows: .
