CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 612 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 104, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE <br /> ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO APPLY 0(0FFICE) <br /> DISTRICT, P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT AND I-P <br /> (INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT ZONING TO APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960 <br /> ~referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi- <br /> !inance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the <br /> <br /> of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as fol- <br /> <br /> !ilows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 104, as shown on the map dated October 2, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached h <br /> to as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred <br /> to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classifications, as amended, are <br /> ~=further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of the City and County of San Francisco, being <br /> approximately 3.5 acres located southerly of Bernal Avenue <br /> and adjacent the easterly edge of the Western Pacific Railroad <br /> track, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> 0 (Office) District <br /> <br /> Real property of the City and County of San Francisco, being <br /> approximately 1.3 acres and lying southerly of Bernal Avenue <br /> adjacent the extension of the intersection thereof with <br /> Augustine Street, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> <br /> Real property of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland, being <br /> approximately 6.5 acres in size and lying southerly of Bernal <br /> Avenue and immediately easterly of the above referred to San <br /> Francisco parcel zoned P (Public and Institutional) District, <br /> is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br />.
