Approve the meeting minutes of March 27, 2019, April 10, 2019 and April 24, 2019 <br /> 2. P19-0048 and P19-0049, Saeed Khan for Empire Montessori - Applications for <br /> Conditional Use Permit to operate a preschool and Design Review approval to construct an <br /> outdoor playground and related improvements for the proposed preschool at <br /> 5950 Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development- <br /> Industrial/Commercial and Offices) District. <br /> 3. P19-0112 and P19-0113, Patricia Ruvalcaba/PJR Design Associates for Jim <br /> Morgenroth - Applications for Conditional Use Permit and Administrative Design Review <br /> approvals to construct an approximately 700-square-foot, single-story addition to the east <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 7 June 12, 2019 <br />
