Resolution No. PC-2019-11 <br /> Page Four <br /> Section 3: The Planning Commission hereby approves Case P19-0048 and P19-0049, <br /> the application of Saeed Khan for Conditional Use Permit and Design Review approvals <br /> to establish a new preschool with an outdoor playground and related improvements for <br /> Empire Montessori located at 5950 Stoneridge Drive, subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval shown in Attachment 1, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference. <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br /> adoption unless: 1) appealed prior to that time by any member of the public, or 2) if a <br /> City Councilmember wishes to review the item, pursuant to Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> section 18.144.010, he or she must indicate their desire to review within 15 days <br /> following the date of approval, or at the next regular meeting of the City Council, <br /> whichever is later. Architectural concept of miscellaneous structures, street furniture, public art in <br /> relationship to the site and landscape. <br /> With respect to the above criteria, the Planning Commission finds that the project would <br /> preserve and enhance the City's aesthetic values and ensure the preservation of the <br /> public health, safety and general welfare since it would be consistent with the allowable <br /> height, setbacks and other pertinent development standards of the PUD-I/C-O (Planned <br /> Unit Development— Industrial/Commercial-Office) District in which it is located. <br />er City standards to provide safe ingress and egress into and out of <br /> the site.
