THE CITY OF <br /> Planning Commission <br /> _,_, r= Agenda Report <br /> LEASANTONC July 24, 2019 <br /> Item 5 <br /> SUBJECT: Future Planning Calendar <br /> PUD-121, 6455 Owens Drive <br /> Planned Unit Development Rezoning and Development Plan application to: (1) demolish the <br /> existing approximately 3,510-square-foot restaurant building; (2) rezone the subject parcel <br /> from C-F (Freeway Commercial) to PUD-C (Planned Unit Development— Commercial); and <br /> (3) construct an approximately 10,980-square-foot, single-story, multi-tenant commercial <br /> building and related site improvements at 6455 Owens Drive. Zoning is C-F (Freeway <br /> Commercial). <br /> P19-0031, PUD-135, P19-0030 & Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map/Alaina <br /> Stewart/Bringhurst LLC <br /> Applications submitted by Alaina Stewart/Bringhurst LLC, for an approximately 3.28-acre site <br /> located at 990 Sycamore Road: (1) an amendment to the North Sycamore Specific Plan <br /> (NSSP) to create five residential home lots (four new and one with the existing residence) on a <br /> site where a total of three home sites were allotted by the North Sycamore Specific Plan <br /> (NSSP); (2) rezoning an approximately 1.01-acre portion of the site from Planned Unit <br /> Development—Agricultural (PUD-A) District to Planned Unit Development— Low Density <br /> Residential (PUD-LDR) District; (3) PUD development plan approval to create five <br /> single-family residential lots with a set of design review guidelines and related on- and off-site <br /> improvements; and (4) Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map approval to subdivide the 3.28-acre <br /> parcel into 5 residential lots. Zoning of the site is Planned Unit Development - Agricultural <br /> (PUD-A). <br /> PUD-134, Hirst for Anabi Real Estate Development, LLC. <br /> Applications at the approximately 0.91-acre Shell service station site located at <br /> 3170 and 3190 Hopyard Road for: (1) rezoning from the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) <br /> District to the PUD-C (Planning Unit Development — Commercial) District; (2) PUD <br /> Development Plan to demolish the existing 7-Eleven convenience store, auto service building, <br /> and Shell service station canopy and construct an approximately 3,034-square-foot 7-Eleven <br /> convenience store, 1,290 square-foot drive-through car wash building, an approximately <br /> 3,311-square-foot Shell self-service station canopy, and related on- and off-site improvements; <br /> and 2) Conditional Use Permit to operate convenience store with the sale of alcoholic <br /> beverages and a drive-through carwash in conjunction with an existing service <br /> station. Negative Declaration. <br /> P19-0059, Mark Lee <br /> Application to construct an approximately 7,432-square-foot single-family residence with an <br /> approximately 1,603-square-foot garage on a vacant lot at 4108 Foothill Road. Zoning is PUD- <br /> LDR/RDR/OS (Planned Unit Development — Low Density Residential/Rural Density <br /> Residential/Open Space) District. <br /> Future Planning Calendar Page 1 of 2 July 24, 2019 <br />RINKLERS: Automatic fire sprinklers shall be installed in all occupancies in accordance <br /> with the 2016 Pleasanton Building, Fire and Residential Codes with local amendments and <br /> ordinances. <br /> 47. PREMISES IDENTIFICATION: Address numbers shall be installed on the front or primary <br /> entrance for all buildings. Minimum building address character size shall be 12-inch high by 1- <br /> inch stroke. In all cases address numerals shall be of contrasting background and clearly visible <br /> in accordance with the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Premises Identification <br /> Standards.
