Estates on Oak Ridge Architectural Design Guidelines <br /> (previously distributed and available on-line at <br /> http://www.cityofpleasantonca.gov/EstatesDesignGuidelines) <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve Design Review (DR) Case No. <br /> P19-0092 based on the Findings and subject to the draft Conditions of Approval listed in <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> The proposed project is to construct an approximately 4,300-square-foot, single-story <br /> residence with an approximately 825-square-foot attached garage on an approximately <br /> 3.3-acre lot within the Estates on Oak Ridge Subdivision. New homes within the subdivision <br /> require the Planning Commission to review and consider a design review application. As such, <br /> this Design Review application is before the Planning Commission for consideration.
