CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 610 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 103, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE <br /> ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WITH RESPECT TO <br /> THE FOUR ACRES ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE <br /> BETWEEN THE EXTENSIONS OF ADAMS WAY AND MAVIS DRIVE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br />referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi- <br />nance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the <br />City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 103, as shown on the map dated September 8, <br /> 1970, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred <br /> to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of George and Henry Hornstein, being approximate~ <br /> ly four acres abutting Vineyard Avenue on its northerly side <br /> between the extensions of Adams Way and Mavis Drive, is hereby <br /> classified as follows: <br /> <br /> RM-2500 (Multi-Family) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days afte~ <br />its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and since it is a prezoning <br />pursuant to provisions of Section 65859 of the Government Code with <br />respect to land not yet within the City, will become effective from <br />and after the date upon which annexation of said property to the <br />City of Pleasanton has become complete. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />
