THE CITY OF 14 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pL£ASANTON <br /> July 19, 2019 <br /> Library and Recreation <br /> TITLE: APPROVE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> FOLGER GRAPHICS FOR ACTIVITIES GUIDE PRINTING SERVICES IN <br /> THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $69,000.00. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The agreement for Activities Guide printing services expired on June 30, 2019, and staff <br /> is recommending amending the existing agreement with Folger Graphics to continue <br /> services for one additional year through June 30, 2020. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve the first amendment to the agreement with Folger Graphics in the amount not <br /> to exceed $69,000 through June 30, 2020 for Activities Guide printing services <br /> (Attachment 1). <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funding is included in the Library and Recreation Department Budget in Account <br /> 00150100. The annual payment shall be pro-rated by the number of Activities Guides <br /> and made after the delivery of each Activities Guide to the Pleasanton Post Office, upon <br /> receipt of Contractor's invoice, and with the approval of the Director of Library and <br /> Recreation Department. <br />
