The City has also requested a quote for Construction Administration services to be <br /> provided throughout the construction period from August 5, 2019 through February 28, 2020. <br /> `La <br /> 1. Scope of Work: <br /> 1.1 Design Revisions: <br /> Using the preferred layout provided by the City, ATI will provide space planning for <br /> work cubicles, provide dimensioned plans, verify code compliance including exiting <br /> and accessibility and assist in furniture selection. <br /> Updated CAD backgrounds will be provided to the Electrical and Mechanical <br /> Engineers for updates to power, data, lighting, HVAC and plumbing designs. <br /> Revisions requested by the City will also be incorporated. <br /> 1.2 Construction Administration Services: <br /> a. Attend a bid job walk and respond to bid requests for information. <br /> b. Attend a pre-construction kick-off meeting. <br /> c. Respond to Construction requests for information. <br /> d. Review Submittals and shop drawings. <br /> e. Perform periodic site visits to confirm work is being installed per design intent. <br /> f. Attend weekly construction meetings to provide architectural input. (Allow for 162 <br /> hours in addition to kick-off meetings and punch walks) <br /> g.
