CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 608 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2-7.20 and 2-7.21 of ARTICLE 9 <br /> CHAPTER 2, TITLE II, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED <br /> USES IN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF <br /> SUBSECTION 3, CREATING A LIGHT INDUSTRI'AL DISTRICT, AND AMENDING <br /> CERTAIN OTHER SECTIONS OF ARTICLE 9, TITLE II OF THE 0RDIN A NCE C0~E <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />]FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />]Sections 2-7.20 and 2-7.21 of Article 9 of Chapter 2 of Title II of <br />~the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to permitted <br />!and conditionally permitted uses in industrial districts are amended <br />:by the addition thereto of Subsection 3, creating a Light Industrial <br />District and specifying permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br />therefor, said subsections as added to the aforementioned sections <br />!~o provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "62-7.20 Permitted Uses. The following uses shall be permitted: <br /> <br /> 3. L-I Light Industrial District. <br /> Bakeries. <br /> Beverage distributors. <br /> Blacksmith Shops. <br /> Blueprint and photostat shops. <br /> Bookbinding <br /> Building materials yards. <br /> Cabinet shops. <br /> Carpenter Shops. <br /> Clothes cleaning and dyeing. <br /> Cold storage plants. <br /> Contractors' equipment, rental and storage areas. <br /> ~ Dairy Products plants. <br /> <br /> <br />
