CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 606 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 2-7.08 of ARTICLE 8, OF <br /> CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON, RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONALLY <br /> PERMITTED USES IN COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:i <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />Section 2-Z.08'of Article 8 Chapter 2 Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to permitted and condition~ <br />ally permitted uses in commercial districts is hereby amended so <br />as to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "§ 2-7.08 Permitted and Conditional Uses <br /> <br /> a. The following uses shall be permitted uses or con- <br /> ditional uses in a C District where the symbol ~P~i <br /> <br /> "C" for conditional use, or <br /> for permitted use, <br /> <br /> "TC" for temporary conditional use appears in the <br /> column beneath the C district. <br /> <br /> C-NC-CC-RC-S C-F C-A <br /> <br /> Accessory uses and structures <br /> located on the same site as a <br /> permitted use. <br /> <br /> Accessory uses and structures, <br /> not including warehouses loca- <br /> ted on the same site as a <br /> permitted use.
