CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 605 <br /> <br /> AMENDING SUBSECTIONS (a) and (b) OF ~2-15.13, OF ARTICLE 2, <br /> CHAPTER 8, TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON RELATING TO SEWER CONNECTION FEES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> Subsections (a) and (b) of §2-15.13 of Article 2, Chapter 8, Title <br /> <br /> II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to <br />i~sewer connection fees, are hereby amended, said subsections as <br /> <br /> amended to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "§ 2-15.13 Connection Charg.e.s. To establish appropriate pro- <br /> visions for the construction and expansion of the sani- <br /> tary sewerage system of the City of Pleasanton, inclusive <br /> of the treatment plant, or to purchase capacity in some <br /> other system, and to be assured that the cost of such <br /> construction and expansion is borne by those who receive <br /> the benefits thereof, there is hereby established connec- <br /> tion charges for all connections made to the sanitary <br /> sewerage system of the City of Pleasanton after the <br /> effective date of Ordinance No. 467, September 9, 1966, <br /> in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br /> a. For each dwelling unit as defined herein, a sum as <br /> established in the following table depending on the <br /> number of bedrooms in that dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> Number of bedrooms Connection charge <br /> per dwelling unit per dwelling unit <br /> <br /> 1 $325.00 <br /> 2 325.00 <br /> 3 340.00 <br /> 4 355.00 <br /> 5 370.00 <br /> 6 398.00 <br /> <br /> b.
