CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 604 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 1 OF SECTION 2-7.21, OF <br /> ARTICLE 9 OF CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> Subsection 1 of §2-7.21, of Article 9, of Chapter 2 of Title II of <br /> the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to condi- <br /> tional uses in I-P (Industrial Park) Districts, is hereby amended <br /> ~by the addition thereto of Subsection (g), said subsection as <br />~=amended to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "§2-7.21 Conditional Uses. The following conditional uses <br /> shall be permitted upon the granting of a use permit <br /> in accord with the provisions of Article 25, (Condi- <br /> tional Uses). <br /> <br /> 1. I-P Industrial Park District. <br /> a. Drive-in theaters. <br /> b. Public or private recreation facilities. <br /> c. Restaurants and soda fountains, not including <br /> drive-in establishments or establishments <br /> providing entertainment. <br /> d. Service Stations, not including trailer rental, <br /> providing all operations except the sale of <br /> gasoline and oil and the washing of cars shal~ <br /> be within a building enclosed on at least <br /> three sides. <br /> e. Public utility and public service pumping sta~ <br /> tions, equipment buildings and installations, <br /> service yards, power stations, drainage ways <br /> and structures, reservoirs, percolation basins <br /> well fields, storage tanks, and transmission <br /> lines. <br /> f. Accessory structures and uses located on the <br /> same site as a conditional use. <br /> g. Storage yard for commercial (exclusive of <br /> contractors' or construction) and/or recrea- <br /> tional vehicles." <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its <br /> ,, <br /> adoption in "The Times, a newspaper of general circulation, pub- <br />:lished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br /> thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> Pleasanton on July 6, 1970. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on July 1970, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
