devices shall be reviewed for conformity to these requirements and <br />approved by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />Other General Planning Conditions <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures <br />architecturally compatible with the main structure. The materials and color <br />of the enclosure walls shall match the building walls and the gates shall be <br />metal or solid wood. The design of the enclosures shall be shown on the <br />plans submitted for the issuance of building permits and shall be subject to <br />the approval of the Planning Director and Fire Chief. Trash containers <br />shall be stored within the enclosure at all times, except when being <br />unloaded. <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the approved building colors and <br />materials for the building shall be indicated on the building permit plan set. <br />Colors and materials shall be consistent with the approved colors and <br />materials. <br /> <br />56. <br /> <br />All demolition activities and all construction activities shall be limited to <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No <br />construction shall be permitted on federal holidays. All construction <br />equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices. <br /> <br />57. <br /> <br />There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, outside <br />maintenance, or garbage pick-up between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and <br />6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />58. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be <br />used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such <br />vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />59. <br /> <br />A no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting <br />devices be utilized on the site except as allowed by Sections 18.96.060 and <br />18.116.040 of the Zoning Ordinance for grand openings and temporary <br />events. <br /> <br />60. Final inspection by the Planning Depmhnent is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />61. <br /> <br />If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other <br />on-site excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City <br />immediately notified.
