RIDGEVIEW COMMONS <br />MAY 2019 <br />MANAGEMENT UPDATE <br />• Apartment Turnover <br />In May we had two move -out and three move -in, and we currently have <br />five 30 -day notice's in process for June. Three of our residents passed <br />away, and two others moved to assisted living, as they needed a higher <br />level of care. <br />• Resident Activity <br />Beginning in June, the Senior Support Program of the Tri Valley is <br />sponsoring "Finding Wellness," a free 7 -week fun and interactive series <br />of classes focusing on promoting healthy living and well-being. Each <br />class will be held in the RVC dining room and includes 10-20 minutes of <br />gentle exercise. The Mercy Brown Bag Program is coming to RVC. <br />Fresh fruit and vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains and fresh milk <br />will be distributed twice a month from the Mercy Brown Bag Mobile <br />grocery truck free of charge to residents that meet their low income <br />qualifcations. <br />• Open Heart Kitchen <br />We purchased a new stainless steel 2 door reach in refrigerator with led <br />display lighting for the commercial kitchen. A section of the dining room <br />floor was buckled from water damage and was replaced with new <br />Armstrong VCT flooring. <br />
