 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1901 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AMENDING SECTION 1 (PART) OF ORDINANCE 1819 AND <br /> SECTIONS 2.28.030 AND 2.38.030 OF THE PLEASANTON <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING LIAISON <br /> MEMBERSHIP ON THE HUMAN SERVICES AND <br /> HOUSING COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.28.030 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.28.030 Membership; Appointments: <br /> <br /> A. The Commission shall have seven regular commissioners and one alternate <br /> commissioner, all of whom shall be residents of the City. <br /> <br /> (Subsection B, no change.) <br /> <br /> (Delete existing subsection C.) <br /> <br /> C. Commissioners are eligible to participate in all discussions of the <br /> Commission except that the alternate commissioner shall vote only if one of the <br /> regular commissioners is absent or has a financial conflict of interest. <br /> <br /> (Subsections E-F no change, but reletter D-E.)" <br /> <br />Section 2: Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.38.020 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.38.020 Membership; Compensation: <br /> <br /> A. The Commission shall have five members and one alternate, all of whom <br /> shall be residents of the City. <br /> <br /> (Subsection B, no change.) <br /> <br /> (Delete existing subsection C.) <br /> <br /> <br />
