CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 601 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT N0. 101, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) TO REZONE FROM THE A (AGRICUL- <br /> TURAL) DISTRICT TO C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT <br /> PROPERTY OF AMERICAN FOREST PRODUCTS, INC., BEING <br /> APPROXIMATELY 7.25 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWESTERN <br /> CORNER OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18,1960~ <br />}{referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating <br />~{and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here- <br />iiby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 101, as shown on the map dated April 11, <br /> 19Z0, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is <br /> Yurther described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of American Forest Products, Inc., being <br /> approximately 7.25 acres and located at the northwestern <br /> corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue, is hereby <br /> classified as follows: <br /> <br />~!
