ATTACHMENT #1 <br /> Contract#: 2018201 <br /> FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Fourth Amendment to Agreement ("Fourth Amendment") is entered into this 1St day of July 2019 <br /> by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and West Coast Arborist, Inc. ("Contractor"). <br /> Whereas, on July 1, 2015, City and Contractor entered into an agreement for tree services <br /> ("Agreement"); <br /> Whereas,the parties entered into a First Amendment to extend the Agreement on July 1, 2016: <br /> and <br /> Whereas,the parties entered into a Second Amendment to increase the compensation and extend <br /> the Agreement to June 30, 2018; and <br /> Whereas, on December 6, 2017, the parties entered into a Third Amendment to extend the <br /> Agreement to June 30, 2020 and adjust the annual compensation; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the total compensation for the <br /> fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, to $629,200. <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 2 of the Contract, "Compensation" is amended to read: The total annual <br /> compensation for the period between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020 to be paid under this <br /> Agreement shall not exceed $629,200. <br /> 2.
