JUHL <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 196C, <br />referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating <br />and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereu <br />by amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 102, as shown on the map dated April 11, <br /> 1970, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is furthe~ <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Ralph P. Juhl, being a strip of land <br /> approximately 19 feet wide and some .24 acres in size, <br /> located on Black Avenue, westerly of Santa Rita Road <br /> and immediately adjacent owner's parcel already zoned <br /> 0 (Office) District, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> 0 (Office) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after <br />its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br />thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on May 4, 1970. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
