CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 598 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 99, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520, TO <br /> APPLY I-G (.GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO 2.7 ACRES <br /> AT THE INTERSECTION OF MOHR AND O~KLAND AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I <br /> · <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960!, <br />referred to in Section 28,110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating <br />and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here-i <br />by amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 99, as shown on the map dated May 4, 1970 <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning districts of the terri- <br /> tory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further~ <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of J. A. Jenks, being approximately 2.7 acres <br /> located at the north westerly corner of Oakland and Mohr <br /> Avenue, northerly of the Southern Pacific right-of-way, <br /> is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> I-G (General Industrial) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days <br />after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- <br />'tion, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall become effec- <br />tive on the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on April 27, 1970. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
