CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 597 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #100, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE), TO APPLY RM-2500 ZONING TO PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 3773 VI~NEYARD AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960 <br />referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating <br />and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here- <br />by amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 100, as shown on the map dated May 4, 1970,! <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning districts of the terri- <br /> tory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Arthur Wyler and Mary Perry, being approxi} <br /> mately 3.5 acres and located at 3773 Vineyard Avenue, is <br /> hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> RM-2500 (Multi-Family) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days <br />after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion, published in the City of Pleasanton, and since it is a pre- <br />zoning pursuant to provisions of Section 65859 of the Government <br />.Code with respect to land not yet within the City, will become <br />effective from and after the date upon which annexation of said <br />property to the City of Pleasanton has become complete. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />
