SECTION 1: Approves the overall funding program for the City's Housing and <br /> Human Services Grant (HHSG) and Community Grant (CG) programs for Fiscal Year <br /> 2019-20 as depicted in Tables A and B, including $317,784 in federal Community <br /> Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; $102,452 in federal HOME Investment <br /> Partnerships Program (HOME) funds; $184,695 in City Lower Income Housing Funds; <br /> $215,888 in City General Funds for human services; and $69,500 in City General Funds <br /> for arts/culture and youth, for a total funding amount of $890,319. <br /> SECTION 2: Approves the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Action Plan and authorizes the <br /> City Manager, or his or her designee, to submit the Action Plan to HUD and to execute <br /> all documents and certifications necessary to secure and award funding for the City. <br /> SECTION 3: Authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with <br /> each agency receiving Pleasanton HHSG and CG funding in Fiscal Year 2019-20 and to <br /> take all other necessary actions to carry out the HHSG and CG programs for Fiscal <br /> Year 2019-20. <br /> SECTION 4: Contracts with subrecipient agencies will be executed after the City <br /> determines a finding of no significant impact through the federal environmental <br /> assessment process. <br /> SECTION 5: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it <br /> into the book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on May 21, 2019. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 21st <br /> day of May 2019, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
