CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIPORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 595 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520, BY THE ADDITION <br /> THERETO OF SECTION 28.109.1, RELATING TO CONDITIONS WHICH <br /> MAY BE ATTACHED TO ZONINGS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />Ordinance 520 is hereby amended by the addition thereto of Section <br />28.109.1, said section as added to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 28.109.1. Conditions <br /> <br /> The City Council may impose conditions to <br /> a change in zoning district boundaries where <br /> it finds that said conditions must be <br /> imposed so as not to create problems ini- <br /> micable to the public health, safety and <br /> welfare of the residents of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once, within 15 days after its <br /> adoption, in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, pub- <br /> <br /> lished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br />thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />!Pleasanton on April 20, 1970. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> !Pleasanton on April 27, 1970, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos, Gerton and <br /> Mayor Reid <br /> <br /> NOES: None /1 <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ROBERT I.
