Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an amendment to agreement with Ray <br /> Morgan Company in the amount of$90,000 to provide managed print services <br /> 16. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an amendment to recurring purchase order <br /> agreement in the amount of $7,178.81 with Softchoice for software licensing <br /> Library and Recreation <br /> 17. Adopted and wavied full reading of Resolution No. 19-1075 amending the master fee schedule <br /> for Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery <br /> 18. Approved the privately owned art piece, "The Carpenter," to be placed at the Carpenters Training <br /> Center, 2350 Santa Rita Road <br /> Operations Services <br /> 19. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an amendment to increase as needed <br /> contract limit with Morgenroth Development in the not to exceed amount of $200,000 for the <br /> renovation of city owned facilities <br /> 20. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a purchase order agreement not to exceed <br /> $170,000 with R&B Company for the purchase of goods for Golden Eagle Estates Pressure <br /> Reducing Station repairs <br /> 21. Approved and authorized the City Manager to approve a purchase order agreement not to exceed <br /> $125,000 with Ryan Process Inc., for the purchase of goods for Water Treatment at Groundwater <br /> Supply Wells <br /> 22. Adopted and wavied full reading of Resolution No. 19-1076 declaring as surplus one police utility <br /> vehicle and authorize the City Manager to execute agreement donating the vehicle to Las Positas <br /> Community College <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Pentin/Brown to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted and as <br /> noted. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 23.
