Compressor to be direct mounted to gearbox via custom flange <br /> designed to accept Sullair 10 series air end. The gearbox to have provision <br /> direct to mount a hydraulic pump via SAE B pump pad. Entire unit with <br /> compressor-generator and hydraulic pump to fit within the frame rails of the <br /> chassis and achieve maximum ground clearance. <br /> Compressor: Sullair 10 series design oil flooded rotary screw The air compressor air end <br /> shall be completely manufactured and assembled in the USA. Air compressor <br /> inlet control valve shall be an integral design incorporated in the cast iron <br /> housing. No bolt on inlet control valves. <br /> Input Speed: Air compressor shall produce 160 CFM— 100 psi at 1880 RPM input speed <br /> Gear Ratio: Air compressor gear ratio shall be 3.52:1 to ensure lowest possible engine speed <br /> Generator: Vanair'' model Genair 6.6 kW capable of producing a continuous rating of 6.6 <br /> kW A/C power. Unit to be integrally coupled to tapered output shaft of female <br /> rotor. No belts, pulleys or tensioning devices. Built in accordance with US Patent <br /> Number 5242278. Generator is Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC)and <br /> controlled with an AVR to produce 60Hz at +/- 2%. <br /> Generator Control: Remote mount control panel with on/off toggle switch and indicator light. <br /> Dual 120V/240V System <br /> Control panel to include (1) 20 AMP/240V GFCI circuit breaker, (2)20 AMP/120V <br /> circuit breakers and (1)25 AMP/240V incoming circuit breaker. Unit to be <br /> equipped with (2) 20 AMP/120V GFCI 3-prong conventional outlets and (1) 20 <br /> AMP/240V 3-prong twist lock outlet. <br /> Air Intake Filters: Separate two-stage, heavy duty, dry-type air filters shall be provided for air <br /> compressor. <br /> Air Receiver: The tank is ASME code approved rated at a 250 PSIG working pressure. It is <br /> equipped with an ASME air pressure relief valve located upstream of the final oil <br /> separator.
