RESOLUTION NO. 19-1074 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AND THE PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, <br /> AFSCME LOCAL 955 FOR THE TERM OF APRIL 1, 2019 THROUGH MARCH 31, <br /> 2022 <br /> WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the <br /> Pleasanton City Employees Association AFSCME Local 955 expired on March 31, 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, representatives from the City of Pleasanton have met and conferred with <br /> representatives of Pleasanton City Employees Association, AFSCME Local 955 and prepared a <br /> successor agreement covering the period April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2022. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1.
