For complete elevations please see Exhibit B. The internal entry into the mall will be two
stories tall, leading to an entrance lobby; the entry will be further distinguished by being
recessed and curved. The remaining portions of the buildings will include stucco, patterned
brick treatments with wood and metal accents, as well as detailing and banding integrated into
building walls as separate components, thereby creating variation and interest in the wall
surfaces. Within the C-R zoning district, there are no height limitations; however, the
Development Agreement restricts the height of all future buildings to not to exceed the height
of the tallest existing department store, which is currently 68 feet. As proposed, the buildings
will vary in height as shown in Table 1; the maximum height of the buildings would all remain
below 68 feet, with the tallest element, the entry feature of the lifestyle fitness building at
65 feet.
P18-0340, Stoneridge Shopping Center Planning Commission
9 of 17
+•a to n.o' is
ppOSED SIOEIYALN IANE LANE LANE LANE YGIc
ROAD CROSS SECT ON RUE-11aG
'vim' ---n 12.0' I -'
,
20.0' 1=111==
Interim la ndscapingg e J
>nK
" vAR1E$ +•.0 't.0' '1.0'
Ex STING
ROACROSS SECTION
The
MALL
I uNE !
