Find that the anticipated environmental impacts of the proposed development are <br /> adequately evaluated in the attached Environmental Addendum and none of the conditions <br /> in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 calling for preparation of subsequent environmental <br /> review have occurred; and <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution approving Design Review application P18-0340, subject to the <br /> conditions of approval listed in Exhibit A. <br />
