CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 593 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 13 OF ORDINANCE 520 (ZONING), <br /> RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> Section 13,112 of Article 13 of Ordinance 520, dealing with <br />Planning Commission consideration of tenative development plans, <br />is hereby amended to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 o w <br /> <br /> Within 40 days after a tentative development plan is deter- <br /> mined to be in conformity with the General Plan, the City <br /> <br /> · <br /> n 1 <br /> Planning Cormmission shall, at a public hearing set and ot ceF <br /> <br /> as provided in Section 1,109, consider the development plan <br /> in detail with particular reference to the purposes pre- <br /> scribed in Section 13.100, (Purposes), and shall recommend <br /> to the City Council that the plan and development schedule be! <br /> approved as requested or in modified form, or that the <br /> application be denied. The Planning Commission shall, at thel <br /> time the Tentative Development Plan is considered, consider <br /> the Tentative Subdivision Map, if any.~ <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Section 13.113 of Article 13 of Ordinance 520, dealing with <br />City Council consideration of tentative development plans, is here- <br />by amended to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> ~'Section 13.113.
