CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 592 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 467, RELATING TO SEWER <br /> CONNECTION FEES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> Subsections(a) and (b) of§2, of Ordinance 467, relating to sewer <br /> connection fees are hereby amended, said subsectiom as amended to <br /> provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2. Establishment of Conne.Ction Charges. <br /> <br /> a. For each dwelling unit as defined herein, a <br /> sum as established in the following table <br /> depending on the number of bedrooms in each <br /> dwelling unit: <br /> <br /> Number of Connection chargel <br /> bedrooms per per dwelling <br /> dwelling unit <br /> <br /> 1 $185.00 <br /> 2 185.00 <br /> 3 220.00 <br /> 4 269.00 <br /> 5 318.00 <br /> 6 398.00 <br /> b. For each mobilehome as defined herein - $185.~0 <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its <br />adcption in ~'THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, pub- <br />lished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br />thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton on March 16, 1970. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
