Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall secure additional off-site parking for activities/events <br /> where parking demand would exceed the 65 available on-site parking spaces. Said off- <br /> site parking shall be secured prior to holding the activities/events. The off-site parking <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director.of Community Development. <br /> All applicable city permits shall be obtained prior to using the off-site parking. <br /> 22. Representatives of Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall regularly inform all users of the <br /> site/building, including synagogue members, childcare facility/preschool patrons, and <br /> the public attending any events/gatherings to be respectful of neighbors and to be quiet <br /> when entering or leaving the parking area; <br /> 29. The applicant shall contact Building and Safety Division to ensure the Menorah is <br /> securely installed. If a building permit is required, it shall be applied for within 30 days of <br /> the effective date of any approval(s). <br /> 30.
