20. The existing storage sheds on the site may be re-used or relocated. Chabad of the Tri- <br /> Valley shall, provide information on the proposed location and use of the sheds, which <br /> shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of Community Development prior <br /> to relocation of the sheds. <br /> 21. Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall share its event calendar(s) with St. Clare's Episcopal <br /> Church, and shall avoid, to the extent possible, scheduling an event at the same time as <br /> an event at St. Clare's where expected attendance at both events would cause parking <br /> demand to exceed the spaces available. Additionally, Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall <br /> make its event calendar available to the public by posting it on the organization's <br /> website or in another way deemed appropriate by the Community Development <br /> Director. Community Development staff shall have the right to audit the calendar when <br /> necessary to ensure compliance with this condition. If conflicts are determined to arise, <br /> at the discretion of the Community Development Director, Chabad of the Tri-Valley may <br /> be required to make necessary scheduling changes. <br /> 22. During the first year of operation, the use of the shared parking lot shall be monitored by <br /> Chabad of the Tri-Valley for each of the (up to) 15 annually-permitted events identified <br /> in Condition of Approval No. 3, above. : - - - - - - - - -- -- - • - - - --the Tri Valley during Hebrew classes on Sundays to ensure the existing parking lot is <br /> needs. <br /> •• e <br /> available. <br /> Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall document the number of unoccupied parking spaces <br /> midway through each of the aforementioned events. At the end of the monitoring <br /> period, Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall report to the Director of Community Development <br /> of their findings in writing including specific data documenting event date and time, <br /> number of event attendance, and number of parking spaces occupied and available. If <br /> the shared parking is determined to be insufficient by the Director of Community <br /> Development, additional conditions and/or restrictions may be imposed by the Director <br /> of Community Development, such as requiring Chabad of the Tri-Valley to revise its <br /> schedule and/or reduce the number of people attending the events so the demand for <br /> parking does not exceed the number of available parking spaces at St. Clare's parking <br /> lot. <br /> 23. Use of the shared parking lot shall conform to the terms of any shared parking <br /> agreement between St. Clare's and Chabad of the Tri-Valley.
