All <br /> irrigation within the driplines shall be targeted at specific plants, such as drip emitters or <br /> bubblers. No overhead irrigation shall occur within the driplines of native oaks. <br /> • All planting within oak driplines shall be compatible with oaks, consisting of plant <br /> material that requires little to no water after two years' establishment.
