THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON. <br />CALL TO ORDER — PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Housing Commission <br />Minutes <br />Chairperson Tony Soby called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, <br />2019, in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, led by Chairperson Soby. <br />Roll call: <br />Present: Commissioners Matthew Gaidos, Zarina Kiziloglu, Anne Welsh, and Chairperson <br />Soby. (Commissioner Jay Galvin arrived at 7:05 p.m.) <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: Steve Hernandez, Housing Manager, Brian Dolan, Assistant City Manager, <br />Jennifer Hagen, Associate Planner; Sean Welch, Management Analyst; and <br />Edith Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />There were none. <br />MINUTES <br />1. Approve Regular Meeting Minutes of January 17, 2019 <br />Chairperson Soby commented on the need for tracking of ADU's as mention in item 6 of the <br />minutes and wanted to be sure that this was something be done with reports provided regularly <br />to the Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Walsh, seconded by Commissioner Kiziloglu, to approve <br />the January 17, 2019 meeting minutes as presented. The motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />2. Approval of January 2019 Financial Reports for Ridgeview Commons <br />3. Management Updates for January 2019 for Ridgeview Commons <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gaidos, seconded by Commissioner Welsh, to approve <br />the consent calendar items.
