Fuel Station Canopy: The new fuel station canopy would have a yellow-, white-, and <br /> red—colored fascia (Shell brand colors) with a dark brown colored composition shingle roof. <br /> Red-colored light bands would be mounted on the fascia. The canopy columns would be <br /> tan-colored stucco with stone veneer at the bottom, matching the 7-Eleven store building. <br /> The four existing unleaded fuel pumps would be removed and replaced and two diesel <br /> pumps would be added. The canopy would measure approximately 20 feet 8 inches in <br /> height from the grade to the top the mansard roof. <br /> Trash Enclosure: The proposed trash enclosure would be a freestanding structure located <br /> between the car wash and the 7-Eleven store, as reflected in the site plan in Exhibit B. Staff <br /> notes that some of the plan sheets show the trash enclosure attached to the front (east) of <br /> the car wash building, which was the applicant's initial proposal, and which was revised <br /> based on staff input.
