Final Trails Master Plan <br /> Review and recommend approval of the final draft of the Trails Master Plan. <br /> Landscape Architect Matt Gruber presented the specifics of the item in the Agenda Report. <br /> Commissioner Balch asked and confirmed that the Bernal Valley Interchange had been built <br /> prior to the plan's public comment period. <br /> Consultant Randy Anderson with TrailPeople provided an overview of the content in the Trails <br /> Master Plan and Mr. Gruber described outreach conducted and comments received. <br /> Commissioner Ritter thanked Mr. Gruber for leading the plan through the process and cited his <br /> participation as Vice Chair on the Bike, Pedestrian and Trails Committee, and former service <br /> on the Trails Ad-Hoc Committee.
