CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 589 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 97, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520,(ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE), CHANGING ZONING WITH RESPECT TO PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED ON VINEYARD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br /> referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating <br /> and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here~ <br /> by amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 97, as shown on the map dated January 30, <br /> 1970, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of <br /> the territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of California-Hawaiian Mobile Home Estates, <br /> inc., being approximately twenty-one (21) acres in size <br /> and abutting Vineyard Avenue on the south and the City <br /> limit line of the City of Pleasanton on the east is hereby <br /> classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-M 4000 (Multi-family) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its <br /> <br /> adoption in 'vTHE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, pub- <br />' lished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br /> <br /> thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on January 19, 1970. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
