CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE N0. 588 ZONING UNIT NO. 96, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REZONING FROM THE"~'(AGRICULTURE) DISTRICT TO R-16,500 (Single Family) DISTRICT AND RM 4,000 (Multi-Family) DISTRICT PROPERTY OWNED BY H. C. ELLIOTT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. 16G The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 9 referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here- by amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 96, as shown on the map dated December 2, 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts as the territory~ referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Real property of H. C. Elliott, Inc., being approximately 60 acres in size and abutting on its southerly side Freeway Route 580 and lying immediately easterly of property owned by First Pleasanton Investors is hereby classified as follows: R-16,500 (Single Family) District Real property of H. C. Elliott, Inc., being approximately two (2) acres in size and abutting on its southerly side State Freeway Route 580, and eastof the property of First Pleasanton Investors zoned R-M 2,500 (Multi-Family) District~ is hereby classified as follows: RM 4,000 (Multi-Family) District III. This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its Zadoption in "THE TIMES" a newspaper of general circulation, pub- lished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the Zthirty-first day after adoption.
