THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON. <br />LIBRARY COMMISSION <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />April 4, 2019 <br />Item 5 <br />SUBJECT: REVIEW AND DISCUSS LIBRARY COMMISSION 2018119 GOALS, <br />STRATEGIES AND WORK PLAN <br />SUMMARY <br />At the March 7, 2019 Library Commission meeting, the commissioners discussed and <br />recommended three goals for 2019 and requested that the goals be brought back to, the <br />next meeting to refine strategies and the work plan related to these goals. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Review and discuss strategies and a work plan related to the Library Commission goals <br />for 2019. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact. <br />
