Questions can be reviewed and streamlined to eliminate redundancies;. <br />Staff recommends that the questions be reviewed and refined prior to the next grant; <br />cycle and address redundancies. <br />Commission Deliberation Process <br />Each year the commission chair directs the commission discussion of grant allocations <br />after public comment is closed; in preparation for a commission recommendation. Staff <br />recommends the commission discuss ways to standardize the deliberation process <br />leading up to a final vote of the commission. <br />Additional Items <br />.There may be other topics not captured previously that the commission desires to <br />discuss.
