THE CITY OF <br />HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON® AGENDA REPORT <br />April 3, 2019 <br />Item 5 <br />TITLE: DEBRIEF THE MARCH 2019 HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION MEETING - <br />HOUSING AND HUMAN SERVICES GRANTS PROCESS <br />SUMMARY <br />Annually, during the March meeting, the Human Services Commission (commission) <br />provides a recommendation to fund the Housing and Human Services Grants (HHSG) <br />Program applicants. Several questions have arisen from commissioners and efficiencies <br />for the process have been recommended. In order to address opportunities to provide <br />efficiencies and process improvements this item is being brought forward for discussion <br />with the full commission. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Discuss and recommend efficiencies and process improvements for the annual Human <br />Services Commission, Housing and Human Services Grants meeting. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />None <br />
