The proposal as shown in <br />Figure 4 includes the following: <br />■ Demolition of the existing Sears Department store (approximately 177,930 -square -feet) <br />and parking structure. <br />■ Construction of the following: <br />o Three new two-story retail buildings with two levels of new mall stores, totaling <br />approximately 59,700 square feet that will include exterior pedestrian walkways <br />connecting to both floors of the mall. <br />o A new two-story mixed-use building with an approximately 23,000 -square -foot <br />specialty grocery market and two restaurants on the ground floor and an <br />approximately 40,000 -square -foot cinema above.
