THE CITY OF 1 0 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTON <br /> March 19, 2019 <br /> Finance <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT THE SINGLE AUDIT REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDING <br /> JUNE 30, 2018 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Each year, the City of Pleasanton is required to prepare the audit financial statements in <br /> addition to a number of related reports. The FY 2017/18 reports were reviewed by the <br /> Audit Committee on January 23, 2019 and accepted by the City Council on February 5, <br /> 2019. The Single Audit Report, another required report, was not included in the original <br /> report package as the fieldwork required for issuance of the report was not completed <br /> by the auditors until the end of February. The report was issued March 4, 2019. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that Council accept the FY 2017/18 Single Audit Report. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no direct fiscal impact in accepting the FY 2017/18 Single Audit Report. <br />
