CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 586 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 95, AMENDING ORDINANCE 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) <br /> TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS "P" (P]UBLI, C aND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICe, <br /> "0" (OFFICE) AND "C-N" (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS <br /> TO REAL PROPERTY OF QUALIFIED INVESTMENTS, INC. LOCATED AT <br /> WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br /> 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 1~, 1960, <br />rlreferred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating <br />!land dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is here- <br />Iby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 95, as shown on the map dated November 17, <br /> 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Qualified Investments, Inc., being <br /> approximately 2.6 acres in size and lying at the confluence! <br /> of West Las Positas Boulevard and the Arroyo Mocho Canal, <br /> is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Qualified Investments, Inc., being approxi~ <br /> mately 1.26 acres in size and abutting on its easterly side <br /> Hopyard Road and on its southerly side the Arroyo Mocho <br /> Canal, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> 0 (Office) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Qualified Investments, Inc., being approxi~ <br /> mately 1.7 acres in size and abutting on its easterly side <br /> Hopyard Road and on its northwesterly side West Las Posi~as <br /> Boulevard, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> C-N (Neighborhood Commercial)District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once, within fifteen days <br /> after its adoption, in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- <br /> tion published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on <br /> <br /> <br />
