CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 586 ZONING UNIT NO. 95, AMENDING ORDINANCE 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS "P" (P]UBLI, C aND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICe, "0" (OFFICE) AND "C-N" (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS TO REAL PROPERTY OF QUALIFIED INVESTMENTS, INC. LOCATED AT WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND HOPYARD ROAD 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 1~, 1960, rlreferred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designating !land dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is here- Iby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 95, as shown on the map dated November 17, 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Real property of Qualified Investments, Inc., being approximately 2.6 acres in size and lying at the confluence! of West Las Positas Boulevard and the Arroyo Mocho Canal, is hereby classified as follows: P (Public and Institutional) District Real property of Qualified Investments, Inc., being approxi~ mately 1.26 acres in size and abutting on its easterly side Hopyard Road and on its southerly side the Arroyo Mocho Canal, is hereby classified as follows: 0 (Office) District Real property of Qualified Investments, Inc., being approxi~ mately 1.7 acres in size and abutting on its easterly side Hopyard Road and on its northwesterly side West Las Posi~as Boulevard, is hereby classified as follows: C-N (Neighborhood Commercial)District III. This Ordinance shall be published once, within fifteen days after its adoption, in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- tion published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on
