ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR FY2018/19 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMEDNING <br /> THE FY 2018/19 OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrective actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2018/19 Operating Budget ("Budget") on <br /> June 19,2018, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff prepared Midyear Budget update that includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. It ratifies adjustments approved by the City Manager and funded from the <br /> contingency totaling $734,417. <br /> SECTION 2. It approves allocating the $2,029,497 General Fund surplus as follows: <br /> Division Street Capital Improvements $1,014,749 <br /> City Street Median Repair & Replacement $1,014,748 <br /> SECTION 3.
