BACKGROUND <br /> In order to share the story of the impact of Library and Recreation services in the <br /> community, staff created a report that highlights milestones, events, programs and <br /> statistics from calendar year 2018. <br /> DISCUSSSION <br /> Moving forward, staff will provide quarterly reports for review and comment by the <br /> commissions.
